2005 Chardonnay

The 2005 Casas chardonnay has been made from the best fruit we have seen in a great year. Pale straw in colour this is an aromatic light chardonnay with well balanced background oak from 6 months in small, new French oak barrels. Fabulous wine for a hot sunny summer’s day. Very limited production and will sell out rapidly. This wine was awarded a Silver medal at the Margaret River Wine Show.
