1999 CABERNET SAUVIGNON (VERY LIMITED QUANTITIES)

Impress your friends! This is a ripper!!!!! 1999 was a great year in Margaret River and this red wine shows all the characteristics of a superb Cabernet Sauvignon. It is an intense deep purple with firm tannins and rich berry flavours and aromas and has benefited from two years in small oak barrels. If you can keep your hands off it this Cabernet Sauvignon will improve with bottle age for some years to come. (Robert Parker Jr 91 points)

The 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon (14.5%) is the result of a warm ripening season and aging in small French oak barrels for 24 months. The wine is an intense purple wine with luscious rich ripe berry flavours. This red wine will reward medium term cellaring for those who can wait!

2001 LBE RESERVE SHIRAZ (EXTREMELY LIMITED)

We only made 100 cases of this wine from selected estate fruit to produce our first ever reserve wine. This wine is the result of an outstanding vintage and was aged in small French oak barrels for 20 months. Drinking very well now this shiraz will reward patience to put it aside for a number of years.
